表情與眼神像個小天使

這一張天真無邪的照片，出現在「悼念受難圖博人民燭光晚會」
圖博人，流亡了50年，半個世紀，好漫長的日子...

不知，會不會有那麼一天
台灣人，也需要流亡到其他國家
去向外國人，訴說台灣的困境？

台灣沒有自己的國家
在前景困頓不明的現在
到底該如何是好？

也是在今天，一位科學家的友人Simon說了這段話：
沒有信仰基礎的民主才可怕
所以建立台灣國->要先建立屬於台灣自己的無形能場(信仰)

which means有形 + 無形
先有 無形的台灣國存在 才有有形台灣國的存在
這是宇宙自然法則

信仰建國
我相信，信仰可以建國
因為，信仰就是軍隊
比子彈更有力量

Lin Li-ying (林黎影), daughter of 228 Incident victim Lin Chieh (林界), yesterday accused the police of threatening victims’ families amid rumors that they planned to throw shoes at President Ma Ying-jeou (馬英九) at an event to remember the victims on Saturday.

“A police officer [from the local Chenggong Road Police Station in Kaohsiung] came to my house on Friday, but since I wasn’t home, he went to the place of my neighborhood chief instead,” Lin Li-ying, who lives in Kaohsiung, told the Taipei Times by telephone.

When Lin Li-ying got home, the neighborhood chief rushed to her house, asking if she would take part in the 228 memorial event “because the police were looking for me,” she said.

Lin Li-ying contacted the police station afterwards and was told that the police wanted to know how many people would participate in the event and what activities they had planned, she said, adding that such inquiries had never occurred before.

“The officer said he had to ask because ‘someone above’ wanted to know,” Lin Li-ying said. “I suspect that the police are doing this because they are worried that we will throw shoes at Ma when he attends the memorial event.”

Media reported earlier this month that victims’ families planned to throw shoes at Ma to protest his cross-strait policies and Chinese Nationalist Party (KMT) Legislator Hung Hsiu-chu’s (洪秀柱) proposal to cut the 228 Memorial Foundation budget.

“I haven’t heard of anyone talking about throwing shoes at Ma and I wouldn’t do it either, because my shoes are too pretty to throw at him,” Lin Li-ying said.

The Chenggong Road Police Station declined to comment when contacted by telephone, but a Kaohsiung police officer with experience handling demonstrations and other public events who spoke on condition of anonymity said the whole thing may be a misunderstanding.

“We always contact event organizers in advance to get an idea of how many people will be there and what they plan to do,” the officer said.

However, he criticized the handling of the matter.

“You can’t just pop in and ask questions like this — you should always try to establish a good relationship with [organizers] so that there will be some basic trust between you,” the officer said.

“After all, these people are the families of victims of political persecution. Of course they will be more sensitive to police questioning,” the officer said.

Lin Li-ying’s father, Lin Chieh, who was chief of Lingya District (苓雅) in Kaohsiung, was killed by the KMT government during the 228 Incident in 1947.

Her mother, Hu Chin-hua (胡錦華) later committed suicide because she could no longer take the humiliation and discrimination from others because of her husband’s death, leaving Lin Li-ying and her sister Lin Li-tsai (林黎彩) orphaned.

This article is from The Memorial Foundation of 228, just fit recently siutation, FYI. （非英、漢對照）

62 years ago, due to the huge culture gap and civilization difference beteen Taiwan and China and the succeeding brutal martial suppress bye the fascist Ching Kai-shek regime, the bloody 228 Massacre happened. Nowadays, after 62 years, KMT has come back to power with overwhelming superiority. KMT keep the gate of Taiwan wide open to China and ignore China's supppress on Taiwan's nationality and sovereignty. This has brought many negative influences and threts on politics, economy, cluture, society, and public health. The present situation is very similar to the past history before the breakout of 228. We worry the situation will get worse if Taiwan and China get much closer. Will there be another 228in the future? That makes us worry.

62年前，台灣與中國因文明和文化上的巨大落差，及蔣介石政權以法西斯政權的殘酷鎮壓，引爆慘烈的228大屠殺慘案。62年後，再次執政且為「完全執政」的國民黨，竟不顧國格與主權的矮化，門戶洞開的向中國靠攏。因影響層面擴及政治、經濟、文化、社會、公衛等的生活範疇，近似228發生前夕，台灣與中接觸後的亂象，勢必更為猖狂，因此是否會再度引228，實令人憂心。

The KMT was expelled from China to Taiwan－a relatively small place. They have no other place and have to face the huge guilt they have committed to the land and people living on it. We can understand why KMT always turn ashamed into anger. In the early years, KMT tried to conceal the historical truth of 228 and forbidden people to talk about it in public. Nowadys, KMT can not hide the historical truth any more. In stead, they twist the history of 228 and try to prevent people talk about it. Their attitude to 228 is always consistent after the decades－they brutally refuse to face the historical truth of 228.

國民黨被共產黨從中國驅趕到台灣這塊彈丸之地，已無後退之路，偏偏又對這塊僅存依附的土地與人民背負著這麼重大的原罪，其惱羞成怒的舉措，可想而知，從初期對228真相的掩蓋、禁制到現在的扭曲、打壓，那種蠻橫的心態幾十年來始終未變。

期盼類似的活動可以走出中國思維，勿落入以台北觀點看台灣的框架

因此，台灣人民對於228的追思應該放在對於台灣神的信仰層面，不能以生是為台灣公義犧牲的烈士，死後卻成為孤魂野鬼要接受普渡，反而推崇228的加害者成為忠烈祠的中國神，實質展現出台灣人奴隸性格極端被矮化的悲哀

在轉型正義的時代，台灣人的性格要從受害者的悲情提升到對公義台灣神的追思禮拜，效法祂們的精神，堅決邁向正常、完整、美麗的民主國家

為什麼有這個影片，又要話說從頭了

某日，代表我家大人出席某場會議

會議主席表示：「某場活動要有中部的特色，需要請我們製作影片，並將於下次會議讓大家先睹為快，並討論是否有需再修改」
這場會議就這麼結束了

過了幾天，再次召開會議

一到會場，經詢問，才知現場沒有放影片的任何設備，心裡開始疑惑，不是說這次要放影片嗎？

整場會議中，主席也都未提及影片的事

咦，好怪喔！這次的會議主席和上次不是同一個人嗎？難不成，上次是看到另一個雙胞胎？還是有健忘症？現在大人開會，都不用先「前次會議進度追蹤」一下嗎？

眼看會議要結束了，都進入臨時動議了，怎還沒有人談到影片的事呢？

可能要主動問吧！？

請問主席：「前次會議決議製作的影片，已製作完成，但今天會議並未排入議程播放，該如何處理？」

"主席大人"約：「已另請其他單位統一製作」

就醬子，似乎沒有任何不妥之處，個人有幾點感受就在小小的BLOG抒發：
1. 不尊重前次會議的決議，該檢討
若前次會議的決議是嘴泡的話，那此次會議是否也會變成另一場嘴泡會議？何必再浪費大家的時間呢？

2. 不尊重尊重你話的人，該檢討
因為主席的一句話，一群年青人動員起來製作影片（每部影片都是作者嘔心瀝血的結晶），到最後連最起碼的尊重都沒有，另有計畫不用通知與會者改變嗎？是自己太天真，還是嘴泡是常態？

3. 有變化的事情，在會議不主動提出，只想矇混過去，該檢討
若非主動問起，這段"烏龍"的鳥事，就這麼過了，不尊重會議結果，等於不尊重自己

4. 長者淪為嘴泡，如何做為年青人的榜樣，該檢討
原本對於此會議與活動，期望甚大，以為會有所做為，沒想到，又是自己的誤會，原來，又參加了一場傳說中的"嘴泡會議"，長者大人啊！您是我們的榜樣？

5. 以台北觀點看台灣，該檢討
討論了半天，還是要以台北觀點看台灣，這，不是又陷入了長久以來，台灣所走不出的迷思嗎？若真如此，為何不參加台北的活動就好？或到台北開會就好？

結論： 嘴泡，是無法建國的
